Pixelrush · Our commitments
Our editorial standard
Wellbeing deserves curiosity, care, and honest evidence.
Effective September 21, 2026
What Pixelrush is
Pixelrush is an independent educational library covering 50 stress-related wellness topics. Inclusion is not endorsement. Some guides explain why a promoted practice is unproven or unsafe. We prioritize understandable context over impressive-sounding biological stories.
How to read our evidence labels
Established indicates credible guidance or multiple reviews for a related defined use, not every commercial protocol. Promising indicates preliminary or moderate findings with important limitations. Limited indicates sparse or mixed direct evidence. Unsupported indicates that reliable evidence does not establish the promoted claim. These labels are editorial judgments, not a formal GRADE assessment.
Sources and limitations
Guides link to public-health agencies and professional organizations for background, safety, and further reading. Category-level sources do not constitute a systematic topic-specific literature review. This edition has not been independently clinically peer reviewed, and it does not claim a live search of all 2026 research. Publication dates are not proof that the evidence is new.
Safety before novelty
We distinguish soothing experiences from treatment. We do not recommend carotid pressure, improvised electrical stimulation, or breath holding in water. Where risks are meaningful, individualized professional guidance takes priority over a self-directed experiment.
A useful place to start
Regular sleep, accessible movement, supportive relationships, and practical changes to stressful circumstances remain important. No wellness purchase is required. If symptoms persist, worsen, or interfere with daily life, consult a qualified professional.
